Privacy policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
This policy explains what Second Row collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Email and city, if you join the waitlist or create an account. We use these to contact you about Second Row and to decide which cities to launch next.
- Your location, only if you tap “Use my location” and allow it in your browser. We use it to find concerts nearby. We save the city name and approximate coordinates in a cookie on your device so you don’t have to choose again; we don’t store your precise location on our servers.
- Watches and alert settings, once alerts launch: the shows, sections, quantities and budgets you choose, plus how you want to be notified.
- Basic usage data, such as pages visited and links clicked, to keep the service working and improve it.
We never collect or store payment card details. Purchases happen on the ticket marketplace’s own site.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies to remember your location choice and keep you signed in. When you click an affiliate link, the marketplace or its affiliate network may set its own cookies to credit the referral; those are covered by their privacy policies.
Who we share data with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help run Second Row (hosting, database, and email delivery), under terms that limit their use of it.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
- You can clear the location cookie in your browser settings.
Children
Second Row isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, let users know by email.
